Membership Terms & Safety Rules
Fitness Fighter Gym — please read before submitting admission.
1. Health declaration and medical clearance
The member confirms that the information provided is accurate and that they are medically fit to exercise. Members with an injury, illness, pregnancy, heart condition or other medical concern must obtain professional medical advice before using the facilities.
2. Assumption of normal exercise risk
Physical exercise involves inherent risks. The member agrees to follow trainer instructions, use equipment correctly and stop exercising if they feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
3. Membership and admission fees
Plan fees, duration, admission fee and promotional waiver shown at checkout apply to the first admission. Admission fee is charged once unless a new admission is created after cancellation. Renewals include the selected plan fee only.
4. Payments, expiry and refunds
Access begins only after payment verification and gym approval. Membership access may be suspended when payment is pending or the plan expires. Fees are non-refundable after activation except where required by law or where the gym approves a written exception.
5. Conduct, safety and property
Members must follow safety, hygiene, dress and conduct rules; must not misuse equipment or harass staff or members; and are responsible for their personal belongings. The gym may suspend access for unsafe or abusive conduct.
6. Privacy, attendance and communications
The gym may process admission, health, attendance, payment and access data to operate the membership, maintain safety and send service notices. Marketing messages require any separate consent mandated by applicable law.
7. Changes, closure and force majeure
Timings, trainers, classes and equipment may change for operational or safety reasons. Temporary interruption caused by maintenance, government orders, emergency or events beyond reasonable control does not automatically create a refund right.
8. Member confirmation
By accepting, the member confirms they have read these terms, had an opportunity to ask questions, and agree to comply with the gym rules. A timestamp, terms version and technical audit record are retained.
